How do we resist? Together.

What if resistance began with something small that made you feel proud? What if it felt meaningful, but not overwhelming?

Here’s how some of my clients are doing that:

  • Speaking out—on behalf of their missions, their communities, their values.

  • Gathering with other leaders to chart uncertain futures.

  • Calling supporters into action with clarity and purpose.

  • Letting go of what no longer serves, and focusing on what does.

And here’s how I’m showing up this month:

  • Calling elected officials about the issues I care most about.

  • Joining a local advocacy team.

  • Volunteering in a way that uses my skills.

  • Telling one other person—and inviting them in.

And then? Laughing with a friend. Reading in the sun. Going out to play on the water.

Because joy is resistance too. So is rest. So is love.

Practice: Do One Brave Thing

Here’s your invitation:

  • Choose one thing that feels brave.

  • One thing you’ll feel proud of.

  • One thing that aligns with your values.

Do it. Tell someone. Then, if it feels right… do another.

But don’t try to do it all. You were never meant to carry this alone.

We resist better—stronger—together.

So relatable and real — I’m taking this straight to my team.”
