I attribute so much of my growth and current performance to the coaching I received from Rachel! Her ability to listen to understand, ask just the right questions, notice patterns, encourage and challenge are truly noteworthy. I started my coaching journey with Rachel feeling unsure about my leadership ability and full of imposter syndrome. Rachel's thoughtful coaching helped me to see my strengths and gave me direction. I was feeling way too busy and way too overwhelmed. Now I am no longer constantly fretting and what I’m concerned about and how concerned I am is shifting. Coaching with Rachel has changed my decision-making by helping me determine what really matters, which relieves the pressure, because everything used to matter equally and I was trying to make everything perfect.

Rachel helped me approach my leadership development skill by skill - pinpointing deeply and personally. I appreciated the questions of self-discovery she asked. Her coaching helped me maintain grace during an intense, and sometimes painful, strategy launch, while developing confidence and transformative skills to rise to the challenge. With her support I have become stronger, more flexible, less judgmental of myself and more embracing of improvisation and the unknown.

The grounding and centering work has seismically impacted my professional leadership as well as how I show up personally.

The coaching I've received from Rachel has given me the space to step back from the chaos of balancing leadership and personal life, allowing me to focus on my strengths. With Rachel's guidance, I've learned to be more mindful and integrate small daily practices that help me center myself, redirect my energy, and calm my mind. She consistently reminds me that I already hold the answers, even when self-doubt creeps in. These lessons have not only empowered me, but also helped me guide my teams with more clarity, especially when I spot their indecision or frustration.

Working with Rachel through the Positive Intelligence coaching process advanced my mindset and my skills. Reframing challenges into opportunities and finding the right way to communicate opportunities that arise in times of challenge to myself, my team and even my family are significant take aways. I hold onto the fact that in every circumstance there are gifts. We have choice in how to identify, name and take hold of them. We can't change many situations, but we do get to choose how to respond. Positive Intelligence work with Rachel Krinsky surfaced new options and clarified how we "flip" the mindset to the positive through mindfulness and embodiment practices that activate new neural pathways. Even in the hardest times, we can create stronger connection to the sage that lives within each of us.

I had the opportunity to work with Rachel for several months, and the experience was transformative. As is often the case with great coaching, what I thought I needed support with ended up evolving into something deeper and more impactful. Rachel brought thoughtful insights, practical tools, and a steady presence that helped me stay grounded in my values—and keep my sense of humor—during a particularly challenging time at work. Our work together was incredibly valuable, and I’ve since recommended her to many others.

The things I learned seem accessible and actionable, like I can do them in small bites each day and grow it to be more a part of my daily practice. The more I practice, the easier it will be to use them in situations where they can help me de-escalate myself or avoid escalating others with my reactionary brain.

Was really nice! I have some useful activities to share with the team and also share with our optimal climate team since stress showed up as a large concern on a recent staff survey.
